We understand the stress attendees endure.  Some of our clients are exhibitors; others attend trade show regularly.  It was at their suggestion that we developed the Trade Show Relief Program© – a versatile chair massage program that increases show traffic and exposure by catering to attendee fatigue.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Here’s How the Trade Show Relief Program Works

 

        

  1. Identify the attendees you want to visit your booth.

  2. Using the Trade Show Relief Station© direct mail piece, send a personal invitation for a free massage at your booth to your target attendees.  This will generate interest and drive attendees to your booth.

  3. Your specific marketing message will be seen by attendees while waiting in line for their chair massage.

  4. The program is set up to capture attendee contact information before they get their free massage.

  5. Finally, have attendees exit into your booth space where your sales and marketing staff can initiate or continue the sales process.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Trade Show Relief Package Standard Package

 

  • Each Standard Package includes one massage therapist with massage chair.

  • Pricing is based on 2 days of chair massages for a maximum of 8 hours per day. 

  • The package includes a Pre-Show Mailer Template and Token Template.  These should be used to generate personalized marketing pieces inviting attendees to the booth.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Additional Items Available

 

  • Additional massage hours and massage therapists can be added to the standard package based on anticipated traffic volume.  We can make last minute additions as well.

  • We can produce the Relief Station tokens used in the marketing program for you.  Tokens are 1.69” wide and come in your choice of Red, White, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange or Black.  You can also customize these tokens with your marketing message.  We will give you a firm bid based on quantity and format prior to producing any tokens.

  • We can also send out the pre-show invitations for you.  Pricing for direct mail will be based on scope of work.  We will need to know who is supplying the stationary, who is supplying the mailing list, where the pieces are going, what type of mail service needs to be used (first class or bulk) and how many pieces are going out. 

  • We can also supply an attendant for getting prospect information. 

  • Offsite, we can also provide massage services at hospitality suites on an hourly basis.
