Seven Simple Steps to Manage Stress

1.  Think Positive

To be healthy.....think healthy.  Your mind gives you control to think anything you want .  If you want to be healthy, think healthy thoughts.

2.  Drink Water

Drink more water!  This is the most important and easiest step you can do to improve your overall health.

3.  Walk

Motion is life.  Take the steps or park further away, any chance you get......walk, walk, walk.

4.  Breathe

Breathe, take in oxygen rich air from the environment to maintain life.  Concentrate on taking the world into you in each breath!

5.  Laugh

Laughter is the best medicine.  Laughter increases endorphins, your body's natural pain killers, so go ahead and laugh out loud!

6.  Meditate

Five minutes a day, before you get dressed, sit on your bed or chair and think about.....nothing.  Spend these five minutes punching out any thoughts that come into your head and silence your mind.

7.  Sleep

The final step....sleep.  You have just completed a great day, now you must rejuvenate your body and mind.  In order to take on another day tomorrow, shoot for eight hours.
